Working in a challenging and exciting environment , within the Mine Engineering team, you will: Build a strong technical foundation while gaining hands-on experience at an active min site. Collaborate with operations, assist in the development of short, medium mining plans. Work closely with operations personnel, monitor plans & support production targets. Provide support in the preparation of the annual budget and cost forecasts. Participate in meetings focused on planning inputs, performance tracking, and follow‑up actions. Spend time in the field engaging with workforce to communicate plans, gain operational insight, and identify improvement opportunities. Support the preparation and delivery of presentations to production crews and management on mine performance, production results, and upcoming mine plans. What you'll bring A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team To be eligible for the Graduate program, you must have completed your studies within the last two years (2024, 2025) or working towards graduation in 2026. Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Earth Sciences, or other related field Less than two years of relevant work experience (local and international) (excluding Internships) Leadership skills, eagerness to learn and ready for the challenge ahead Flexibility and autonomy Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Valid driving license Microsoft Office Excel, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing knowledge Experience in Vulcan and/or Leapfrog software is preferred •To be eligible, you must have the right to work full-time in the United States.
