+ Support daily aggregate mining and production operations through hands-on field experience.
+ Assist with safety, environmental, and operational compliance initiatives.
+ Collect, analyze, and report operational data to support continuous improvement efforts.
+ Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams on production and maintenance projects.
+ Participate in problem-solving activities that improve operational efficiency, quality, and performance. What Are We Looking For
+ Demonstrated interest in mining, geology, engineering, construction materials, or related fields.
+ Ability to analyze information, identify solutions, and support operational decision-making.
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across diverse groups.
+ Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.
+ Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. Work Environment
+ Work is performed in both office and outdoor aggregate mining environments.
+ Regular exposure to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, and active production areas.
+ Use of personal protective equipment ( PPE ) is required in designated work areas.
+ Moderate walking, standing, climbing, and lifting may be required throughout the internship.
+ Travel between operational areas within the site may be necessary. What We Offer
