What Youll Be Doing Support daily aggregate mining and production operations through hands-on field experience. Assist with safety, environmental, and operational compliance initiatives. Collect, analyze, and report operational data to support continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams on production and maintenance projects. Participate in problem-solving activities that improve operational efficiency, quality, and performance. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated interest in mining, geology, engineering, construction materials, or related fields. Ability to analyze information, identify solutions, and support operational decision-making. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across diverse groups. Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement. Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. Work Environment Work is performed in both office and outdoor aggregate mining environments. Regular exposure to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, and active production areas. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated work areas. Moderate walking, standing, climbing, and lifting may be required throughout the internship. Travel between operational areas within the site may be necessary.
