Active Learning, Flexibility, Problem Solving, Observation Agency Overview Job Duties Position is 4 10-hour days (Monday-Thursday) with occasional overnight travel required. Will be working outdoors including during inclement weather. Selected candidate will be provided with an ODOT truck to travel to worksites. Outside of overnight travel, truck must be parked at ODOT garage/outpost at the end of work day. This position can be based out of any county.What You Will Do:

Must attain valid Class A commercial driver's license within probationary period. All bargaining unit and exempt new hires to ODOT must serve a one year probationary period. The selection process for this position will include a structured interview. Candidate responses to the interview questions will be scored and the selection will be made in accordance with theOCSEA/AFSCME
Contract. If this position is filled internally, the wage rate will be determined in accordance with the contract. The final candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check.
