Responsibilities:

Setup & Calibration

• learn to set up and calibrate magnetic particle equipment (yokes, coils, benches) Testing Application
• Perform wet fluorescent magnetic particle inspections on ferromagnetic materials to detect surface and near-surface cracks. Inspection & Evaluation
• Examine parts for discontinuities, evaluate findings against specific codes (ASME, ASTM), and determine if parts pass or fail. Documentation
• Maintain accurate, legible records of inspection results and daily logs. Material Handling
• move pallets with a forklift (in-house training provided). Maintenance
