Summary We are seeking a skilled Welding Inspector to join our team at Mountain West Industrial. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all welding processes meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to safety and excellence in our industrial projects. Project location is outside Las Vegas Area. Daily Per diem is $140.00 a day Responsibilities Conduct inspections of welding processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines for accurate assessments. Perform quality control checks on welded components and structures. Analyze inspection results and prepare detailed reports on findings. Collaborate with project teams to address any quality issues promptly. Implement QA/QC procedures to enhance overall welding quality. Maintain records of inspections and compliance documentation. Requirements Proven experience as a Welding Inspector or similar role in industrial construction. Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and standards related to welding. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
