Job Description

Join our FAA-certified repair station specializing in the overhaul and repair of aviation safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, oxygen bottles, and related components. We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow in a regulated industry. No prior aviation experience? No problem—we provide full training for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
What You'll Do:
Inspect, repair, and overhaul safety components such as fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, oxygen masks, and cylinder/regulator assemblies. Operate test equipment (pressure gauges) to ensure compliance with safety standards. Perform welding and assembly tasks following detailed instructions and specifications. Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with FAA regulations. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using manuals and provided training. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report any safety concerns. Other duties as assigned.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. Willingness to learn

Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience with hand tools or mechanical work. Familiarity with welding or assembly tasks. Ability to read and follow technical instructions. Previous experience in regulated industries (manufacturing, automotive, aviation, aerospace, pharmaceutical) is a plus.
