We are seeking an experienced Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) to support quality assurance operations in a manufacturing environment. This opportunity is ideal for skilled welding professionals who excel at inspection, compliance, and process improvement.

Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required

Active Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) certification required

Minimum 5 years of Visual Testing (VT) and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) experience

Background in welding quality assurance within a manufacturing environment

Experience interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, welding codes, and specifications

Strong technical documentation and reporting skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Job Duties Perform and oversee visual weld inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards

Provide technical guidance and support to inspection personnel

Train, audit, and evaluate inspection processes for consistency and compliance

Interpret inspection findings and assist with engineering dispositions

Maintain detailed quality records and inspection documentation

Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to resolve quality concerns

Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective action initiatives

Recommend process improvements to enhance quality and production efficiency Physical Capabilities Lift up to 40 pounds

Climb, bend, reach, and work in an active manufacturing environment
