CWI, CAWI, QAQC TECH
to join our dynamic quality assurance and inspection team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to excellence, safety, and compliance across all operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced measurement tools, quality systems, and industry standards to deliver top-tier products to our customers. Duties Conduct comprehensive quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify product dimensions and specifications. Perform non-destructive testing and welding inspections as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or Certified Associate Welding Inspector (CAWI), ensuring weld quality aligns with industry standards. Execute rigorous quality audits in accordance with
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, and CGMP guidelines to maintain compliance across manufacturing processes. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and inspection results to identify trends and areas for improvement. Support quality management initiatives by participating in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing environment. Assist in the calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability during inspections. Document inspection findings meticulously, prepare reports, and communicate non-conformances or deviations promptly to relevant teams for resolution. Requirements Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing inspection roles within regulated industries such as medical, manufacturing, construction and aerospace. Certification as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or Certified Associate Welding Inspector (CAWI) is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of industry standards including
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, and quality systems management. Proficiency with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Familiarity with calibration procedures for measurement instruments and data collection techniques. Ability to perform detailed analysis of inspection data and generate comprehensive reports for quality assurance purposes. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong analytical skills to identify defects or deviations early in the process.
