We are seeking a detail-oriented Electromagnetic Inspection (EMI) Technician with expertise in Pitco pipe inspection machines to join our pipe production facility. The primary focus of this role is to perform non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure the integrity, quality, and safety of manufactured pipes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with EMI systems, a strong understanding of NDT principles, and a commitment to maintaining high production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Pitco electromagnetic inspection machines to assess pipe integrity. Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on pipes to detect defects such as cracks, voids, or wall thickness variations. Interpret test results and generate detailed inspection reports. Calibrate and troubleshoot inspection equipment to ensure accurate and reliable readings. Collaborate with production and quality teams to address any issues detected during inspection. Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and equipment performance. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards.

Pay:
