Job Description

NDT Inspector Cokebusters, is an international energy services company, operating from Head Offices in Houston (USA) and Chester (UK); we support some of the world's biggest energy providers. Now into our third decade, we're implementing an ambitious 5-year strategic growth plan. This will innovate and expand all aspects of our machinery manufacturing, mechanical cleaning, inspection services, consulting and client operations with teams on site around the globe, cleaning and inspecting pressure containing equipment & pipelines. With our continued growth in mind, we now have vacancies for Inspection Technicians to join the team based out of our Houston office. The role includes calibration, project set up and reporting duties at our offices, where manufacturing and maintenance of our specialist pumping machines and inspection tools takes place, as well as inspection operations on site at oil refineries throughout The USA and South America Our ideal candidate will have worked in an industrial technology environment and have a demonstrably strong interest in electronics and/or mechanical engineering. You will have excellent communication & computer skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Previous experience and/or qualifications in an inspection or engineering role is desirable but the work we do is very specialist so full training will be given. We operate in heavy industrial settings so a high regard for colleague & personal safety is important. Travel is typically of short duration, 1-2 weeks at a time - and for approximately 35% of the working year. A strong benefits package is offered, 401k, and medical. This is an hourly paid position, and financial compensation is approximately at $90k + profit share scheme in the first year, with the potential to increase with experience and promotion.
