Your expertise will be pivotal in our quality assurance process, utilizing radiographic techniques to ensure the highest standards of our products. This role requires U.S. Citizenship due to contractual obligations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and conduct radiographic examinations to identify imperfections in metal components and assess weld quality.
Utilize digital radiographic tools to capture and process images accurately. Evaluate results against industry standards and customer guidelines, documenting findings meticulously. Collaborate with teams to optimize new customer orders through radiographic procedures. Ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of all radiographic equipment and facilities. Maintain thorough documentation of inspection results and procedures. Engage actively in Nadcap accreditation processes. Be committed to advancing your skills and knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Advanced education or training in NDT or related technical fields is preferred.
Essential certification in Radiographic Testing Level II (RT Level II). Minimum of 3 years of experience with castings. Familiarity with SNT-TC-1A, NAS-410, or
MIL-STD-271 NDT
standards is highly beneficial. Competency in handling digital X-ray protocols, with Level 2 certification as a plus. Strong computer skills and excellent communication capabilities.
