Job Description

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing firm, and we are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer (Nuclear Industry) to work on a long-term contract. Provides Design and Technical Electrical Design Engineer (Nuclear) and play a vital role in designing and developing advanced electrical systems that ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability in nuclear power plants. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that have a meaningful impact on clean energy and sustainability.l Support Leadership in the Electrical Engineering work group. Primary point of contact for new design modifications and work assignments to engineering group. Nuclear plant electrical design engineering Plans, coordinates projects in a Senior Electrical Engineering role
Required Skills:
Proven experience in electrical design within the nuclear industry or related heavy industry Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution in critical infrastructure Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing nuclear or high-hazard facilities Proficiency with electrical CAD software and design tools Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Desired Skills:
Experience with nuclear safety systems and control wiring Knowledge of licensing and compliance processes specific to nuclear projects Prior involvement in large-scale engineering projects within the energy sector
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field Several years of relevant design experience, particularly in nuclear or energy sectors
Other Requirements:
