The Role:

Own the development of microreactors from build phase to deployment! Leverage hands-on reactor experience to inform design, build, and operational strategy Review, validate, and approve complex engineering calculations and safety analyses Drive input into licensing documentation and regulatory submissions Support system design, transient analysis, and accident scenario modelling Mentor and develop junior engineers, contributing to a high-performance culture

The Candidate:

Proven experience operating or leading test reactor programs or similar environments Strong background in nuclear systems analysis, reactor physics, or safety analysis Proficiency with at least two of:

TRACE, MELCOR, MCNP, VERA, SCALE, SERPENT
