Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Materials Processing Specialist! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring smooth and efficient handling of materials within our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will help streamline production processes, maintain safety standards, and support the assembly line operations. Duties Optics Manufacturing and precision materials processing Assist with the assembly process by using hand tools and mechanical knowledge to support production line activities Maintain inventory accuracy by organizing warehouse storage areas and tracking material movement Support the setup and breakdown of assembly stations, ensuring all tools and supplies are ready for production shifts Conduct routine inspections of materials and equipment to identify any issues or safety hazards Collaborate with team members on material preparation, ensuring timely delivery to the assembly line Follow safety protocols consistently to uphold a secure factory environment and prevent accidents Requirements Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on roles involving assembly or material handling Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures Prior warehouse experience preferred, with an understanding of inventory management systems Ability to work on an assembly line, supporting continuous production flow with efficiency and precision Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to follow detailed instructions Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout shifts; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Direct experience with precision optics manufacturing and processing preferred We're excited to see how you can help us build innovative products while advancing your career in manufacturing!
