Candidates should possess practical experience working with Laser technologies and related optical components. Candidates should possess Systems Design skills to integrate optical subsystems into complex mechanical and electronic assemblies. Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Physics, particularly in optics and photonics. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience with CAD tools, optical design software (e.g., Zemax, Code V), and laboratory test equipment is beneficial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment. Familiarity with defense or precision manufacturing industries and relevant standards is a plus.

Pay:
