Required Skills & Experience BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field 10+ years of Mechanical Design Engineering experience within the laser, optics, or medical device industry 5+ years leading technical development projects and engineering teams Strong experience with SOLIDWORKS and PDM systems Experience designing optical and opto-mechanical systems Knowledge of optical alignment, packaging, tolerancing, and stability analysis Experience developing products within FDA-regulated and
