Optical technology includes fiber optic cables, which enable high-speed internet connections across long distances, and lasers, which can be used to make very small incisions and measurements. - This position may include the following activities: + Design and maintain test processes, work instructions, routes, and assembly documentation.
- Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- + Bachelor's degree in Engineering + 5 years of overall engineering and manufacturing experience including experience using RF measurement and test equipment such as power meters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers + Demonstrate strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and be able to work cross-functionally within the operations organization and with other disciplines/functions.
- Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- + Bachelors Degree + 7 years experience using IR/optical/laser measurement and test equipment including power meters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers, to debug to the component level in circuit cards, and to troubleshoot test systems and drive improvements + Lean Manufacturing + Experience with Circuit card assemblies; Test, Design, troubleshoot + Performs preliminary Material Review / Material Review Board (PMR/MRB) for the disposition of discrepant material + Statistical Process Control (SPC) + Data Collection and Analysis + Root Cause and Corrective Action methodology + IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 •Pay Information•
Full-Time Salary Range:
$97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits:
