3+ Years Role Summary We are seeking a Power Controls and Information Systems (PC&IS) Engineer to drive innovation in electrical design, automation, and industrial control systems . This role focuses on enhancing manufacturing efficiency, safety, and digitization through the development of PLC, HMI, and ICS solutions . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in manufacturing line controls, system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration . Key Responsibilities Develop and implement electrical designs, automation programming, and digitization solutions for robotic and manufacturing systems. Lead process improvements targeting material optimization, cost reduction, and enhanced safety. Design, develop, and maintain Industrial Control Systems (ICS), PLCs, and HMIs . Provide technical leadership for manufacturing line and machine controls . Troubleshoot and maintain industrial automation systems and network platforms . Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industry regulations (OSHA, NFPA). Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to improve system performance and uptime. Document systems, procedures, and technical solutions clearly and effectively. Required Qualifications (Must Have) Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (controls & automation) Hands-on experience with PLC programming (ControlLogix) Experience with HMI development (FactoryTalk View Studio, Wonderware) Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams Knowledge of industrial control systems and instrumentation (process control systems) Experience with industrial networks (DeviceNet, ControlNet, Ethernet/IP, DH+, etc.) Familiarity with IT networking and database systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with electrical systems: 480/277VAC 3-phase 208/120VAC 3-phase 24VDC, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V control circuits Knowledge of

OSHA 1910, NFPA 70, 70E, 79
