We are seeking a technical leader who can translate client requirements into practical, buildable solutions while supporting projects from assessment through implementation. This role combines engineering expertise, client interaction, project oversight, and technical leadership. You'll collaborate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions while maintaining strong technical standards. Regular site visits are required, along with occasional overnight travel.
