Job Description

IND Technology is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer (Utility/Smart Grid) to support the delivery of our multi-award-winning IoT powerline monitoring solutions across the USA and Canada. In this role, you will work alongside world-leading industrial experts and play a pivotal part in project execution, customer engagement, technical consulting, and ongoing operational support. As a Electrical Engineer (Utility/Smart Grid), you will be responsible for managing customer projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the successful deployment and operation of IND Technology's advanced monitoring solutions. This role requires a blend of project leadership, technical capability, and strong customer-facing skills. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery Support the initiation, planning, and execution of customer projects, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery. Coordinate and manage multiple customer projects concurrently. Account Management & Customer Engagement Provide consulting services leveraging IND Technology's products and data analytics solutions. Deliver operational support, including handling information requests, business and analytics support, and customer training. Manage ongoing customer support activities, including data analysis and report writing using internal analytics tools. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by coordinating and leading stakeholder meetings. Qualifications Education Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Power Systems. Experience 3-5 years experience as a Power System Engineer or Asset Management Engineer. Demonstrated experience in project management, customer engagement, and technical consulting. Knowledge Strong understanding of electrical power systems, data analytics, and technology‑driven engineering environments. Familiarity with IoT‑based monitoring solutions (preferred). Skills Strong project management capability with high initiative and responsibility. Excellent data analytics skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes. Exceptional communication skills with a customer‑centric and business‑focused approach. Advanced English writing skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
