SERVICE WORKER III SERVICE WORKER III UTILITY DISTRIBUTION DIVISION PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT
________________________________________________________________________________MAJOR FUNCTION
This is skilled work in various utilities maintenance tasks within the City's Public Utilities Department. Work is performed under the supervision of the Utility Distribution Superintendent.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Responsible for being a team leader for the installations and repair of city water and sewer lines. Responsible for performing installation and repair of water meters. Must work closely with Utility Billing, City Departments, and the general public on projects and issues pertaining to water and sewer utilities. Conducts utility locates as needed. Assists in emergency calls related to the Public Utilities Department. All other duties, as assigned.Benefits
