Performs complex professional, technical, and administrative and engineering work for environmental, water, sewer, street, and other Public Works projects and programs ensuring technical competence and compliance with all current codes and criteria. Recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures. Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements) or obtain within one year of employment. Must have sound knowledge of engineering design and construction management experience. Must have a valid Florida driver's license with a satisfactory driving record throughout employment.
