$120,000 - $125,000 We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to support the design, specification, and validation of advanced electrical systems for the U.S. market. This role is responsible for defining system architecture, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, and coordinating cross-functional engineering efforts to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. Overview The Systems Engineer defines product specifications, system architecture, and interfaces to meet customer and regulatory requirements. This role ensures system-level design integrity across subsystems including batteries, power conversion, and energy management systems, while maintaining alignment with engineering standards, quality expectations, and cost targets. Key Responsibilities Define system architecture (batteries, power conversion, SCADA/power management systems) Develop high-level system specifications, block diagrams, and interface definitions Ensure system design meets technical requirements, quality standards, and cost targets Validate subsystem specifications and maintain system verification cross-matrix Perform electrical system design following engineering best practices Establish technical specifications aligned with customer requirements, safety standards, and U.S. regulations Support solution integration testing and validate test procedures and results Prepare documentation demonstrating compliance with system requirements and qualification strategies Collaborate with engineering teams to apply best practices and lessons learned Coordinate cross-functional technical planning and execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering preferred (other engineering disciplines considered) 2-3+ years of experience in a systems engineering environment Strong understanding of electrical systems design and integration Experience with MS Office (including MS Project), PLM, and ERP systems Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a technical environment Fluent in English (French is a plus) Apply Now Click Apply Now to join a high-impact engineering team driving advanced system design and innovation.
