You will drive project success by overseeing system compliance, managing performance analytics, and ensuring seamless integration between complex electrical infrastructure and grid operations. Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end commissioning process for utility-scale PV systems, including inverters, trackers, and substation equipment. Act as the Owner's representative to verify system functionality, manage contractor performance, and ensure rigorous adherence to project specifications. Lead PPA, GIA, and ISO testing protocols to guarantee successful grid interconnection and operational readiness. Manage energy forecasting and regulatory notifications in collaboration with control centers and external grid participants. Partner with SCADA and IT teams to validate HMI functionality, alarm checks, and overall system control integrity. Analyze performance data to identify and resolve technical deficiencies, ensuring optimal plant output. Required Skills Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience in the power sector. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically within utility-scale solar power systems. Proven ability to manage complex commissioning schedules and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams. Strong understanding of electrical grid operations and regulatory compliance requirements. Preferred Skills Advanced academic or professional background in utility-scale PV system design and operation. Extensive experience with industrial SCADA systems and process automation. Demonstrated history of working with Transmission Operators, Independent System Operators (ISOs), and Balancing Authorities.
