Full-Time Job Summary:
Client seeking a skilled Protection & Control (P&C) Engineer with experience in substation design, relay coordination/settings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and commissioning activities. The ideal candidate will support utility and renewable energy projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and review P&C schematics, wiring, and logic diagrams Perform relay coordination and relay settings calculations Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities Collaborate with engineering and field teams on project execution Ensure compliance with IEEE, NESC, and utility standards
Required Skills:
Protection & Control (P&C) Engineering Substation Design Relay Coordination & Settings Commissioning & Field Testing Relay Software & Test Equipment Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering 3 5+ years of relevant P&C engineering experience Experience with utility, substation, solar, or BESS projects preferred
