Support preliminary engineering, detailed design, bid packages, construction drawing packages, and proposal development for substation projects. Review contractor proposals, construction approaches, and design methods for alignment with project requirements and constructability. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, clients, vendors, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support project schedules, scope development, technical estimates, and bid preparation for assigned substation projects. Mentor junior engineers and designers by providing technical direction, design feedback, and quality guidance.
