Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced project leader to drive complex initiatives from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives stay aligned. Our team is looking for a confident professional who can coordinate stakeholders, guide project teams, and keep progress moving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support. Track budgets, expenses, risks, and issues, and implement mitigation actions as needed. Communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management while facilitating project meetings and documentation.

Required:

7+ years of experience in the electric utility/power industry. Direct experience with Transmission and/or Substation programs or projects. Experience with substation, relay & protection, transmission line, transformer, or other major electrical utility assets. Experience managing utility capital programs/projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and execution. Strong understanding of utility reliability, asset management, system performance, and grid resiliency. Bachelors/Masters degree in engineering Asset Suite, Cascade, PSCAD, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI etc.),
