About the role:
We're looking for a NERC Compliance Engineer
- Substation (onsite) on behalf of our client.
This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will be the technical lead for NERC compliance readiness and turnover of substations before Commercial Operation Date (COD). You will implement, document, and validate all applicable PRC and FAC standards in accordance with the Power Generation Division (PGD) compliance programs prior to energization and turnover to Operations. Ensure all requirements are incorporated into design, settings, studies, and commissioning documentation before COD. Protection Systems Compliance (PRC Standards). Validate relay settings, coordination studies, and protection philosophies to ensure compliance with PRC standards and internal PGD requirements

Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. Per diem available.
