You will leverage your expertise in electrical design and systems integration to drive high-impact solutions for data centers and industrial power applications while fostering technical growth within our engineering team. Responsibilities Architect and oversee the implementation of electrical systems for modular assemblies, ensuring seamless integration of power distribution and control components. Execute complex electrical calculations, including load analysis, voltage drop assessments, and conduit routing to optimize system performance. Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including one-line diagrams, panel schedules, and detailed wiring schematics. Select and specify critical electrical infrastructure components such as switchgear, UPS units, transformers, and advanced control devices. Provide hands-on technical support during the manufacturing, factory acceptance testing, and commissioning phases to ensure design intent is achieved. Ensure all engineering outputs adhere to rigorous NEC, NFPA, and UL safety and quality standards. Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional design reviews to resolve technical challenges and improve manufacturability. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline. 6+ years of professional experience in industrial, utility, or data center power systems. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, or similar industry-standard design software. Deep understanding of electrical code compliance and power distribution principles. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems in a manufacturing or field environment. Preferred Skills Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification. Experience with PLC-based control systems and building automation protocols. Advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
