Job Description This role is situated in the area of Group Finance Transformation & Global Business Services, specifically in the Facility & Logistics sub-sector. We are looking for a dedicated person for our electrical engineering team who will manage our electrical systems and energy management systems at three locations with technical expertise and foresight. ABOUT THE POSITION
  • You control, check, and monitor all electrical systems through proactive inspections, identify defects in a timely manner, and carry out repairs independently when necessary.
  • You are responsible for planning and implementing maintenance and repair measures for electrical systems, including coordination with internal and external partners as well as compiling the necessary maintenance and repair scope.
  • Organizing, planning, and further developing the building management system (BMS) is part of your tasks, where you check and resolve fault messages independently.
  • You capture, analyze, and visualize energy consumption and flows for the energy and environmental management systems (ISO 50001 + 14001, PUE) and document the data in compliance with certification requirements.
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of maintenance measures for fire alarm, electroacoustic, and voice alarm systems as well as emergency lighting rounds off your area of responsibility.
  • You plan and coordinate modernization and energy efficiency projects on your own and drive the technical development of existing systems forward.
ABOUT YOU
  • You have completed vocational training as an electronics technician for energy/building technology, operational technology, information/telecommunication technology, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have practical experience in the maintenance, servicing, and commissioning of electrical and building technology systems.
  • Knowledge in electronics/control technology (e.g., refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, pumps) as well as experience in operating energy management systems distinguish you.
  • You are familiar with MS Office 365, building management technology Desigo (Siemens), and WinGuard management systems.
  • Your analytical and conceptual skills, as well as your understanding of complex energy supply systems and modern building automation systems, help you successfully tackle challenges.
