The Work As a Test Station Design Engineer, you won't just be sitting behind a screen—you are the bridge between design and reality. You will own the complete lifecycle (design, build, integration, and validation) of custom, automated test environments used to validate cutting-edge RF, Digital, Analog, and Power systems.
Your day-to-day will involve:
  • Designing automated test programs, sim/stim test systems, and bench-top manual tests for world-class radar technology.
  • Developing custom test solution hardware and cable designs.
  • Collaborating directly with cross-functional teams to present design documentation for critical customer reviews.
  • Solving complex component obsolescence puzzles to keep testing infrastructure ahead of the curve.

Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice. ## Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Extensive knowledge of test solution hardware development, cable design, component obsolescence replacement and system/component test
  • Experience working with commercial test equipment including signal generators, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.
  • Test automation design and measurement experience or knowledge.
  • AutoCAD or Pro-E (Creo) knowledge
  • Familiarity with LabVIEW VI's
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required. ## Desired Skills
  • PCB design using tools such as Altium, Zuken
  • Understanding of bottoms up design to include drawing package structure
  • Experience with design projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of software as it applies to test development.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Benefits offered:

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
