Job Description:
We're seeking a Senior Plant Engineer to lead facility operations, site utilities, and capital projects within a regulated biotech/pharma manufacturing environment. ????
What You'll Do:
Own performance and reliability of critical utilities (boilers, chillers, HVAC, power distribution, water systems, BMS) Lead capital projects from design through commissioning and validation Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards Drive technical troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and operational excellence Lead and develop facility engineering teams Support change control, validation, and engineering documentation ?
What We're Looking For:
BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred) 8-10+ years in plant/facility engineering within pharma, biotech, or regulated manufacturing Strong experience with utilities, capital projects, and GMP environments Proven leadership and project execution skills ???? This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role supporting critical operations.
