Job Description
- Perform analysis of failed warranty parts. Subject components & vehicles to test conditions in effort to identify failures & simulate possible causes/influences. 30%
- Identify warranty problems related to design, manufacturing, or sales/service influences, promote/carry out investigations, and determine root causes. 25%
- Perform technical writing/documentation/reporting & present summaries to quality management. 20%
- Communicate with suppliers, design, and service teams to appropriately support problem investigation & resolution. 15%
- Work with responsible departments/suppliers to facilitate appropriate problem containment. 5%
