The Role :

Key Purpose:

Deliver high-quality IT services that meet or exceed the expectations of our clients and stakeholders, focusing on the provision, administration, and compliance of servers, storage, virtualization technology and cloud environments. Structure and reporting relationship, Local team also includes IT Support Technician. Wider System Engineering team members are located in the UK, Czechia and China. Seamless global delivery and problem resolution. Project delivery in line with strategic direction and operational requirements: Support the mitigation of security vulnerabilities, and the resolution of security incidents. Apply information security principles to daily working practice. Understand the costs associated with relevant technology solutions. Responsibilities:

REQUIRED

Must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future work visa sponsorship. Maintain high-quality IT services through the provision of server, storage and cloud technology stacks. Proactive administration and management of IT Infrastructure. Incident and event management. Change management. Vulnerability and patch management. Privileged Access Management. Costt analysis and obsolescence planning. Resolution of 2nd and 3rd line support tickets. Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as required. Support networking through collaboration with global network team.
