Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Engineer V to join our Transmission Engineering Proposal Engineering team in Pomona, CA. This is a senior-level, hands-on engineering role focused on transmission and distribution line design, PLS-CADD modeling, and pole/foundation analysis. The position will also involve reviewing engineering designs developed by other team members. models from scratch Experience with transmission and distribution line design Experience performing pole and foundation analysis Ability to independently execute engineering designs and solve technical challenges Experience reviewing and providing technical feedback on engineering designs Familiarity with utility design tools and California GO 95 requirements Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills California PE (Professional Engineer) license strongly preferred Utility or utility consulting experience Experience with 66 kV, 115 kV, and/or 220 kV transmission systems Experience supporting field visits and field engineering activities Experience working with overhead line design and structural analysis Strong ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader engineering team
