This role is heavily focused on structural design and offers strong compensation and long-term growth. Technical Focus ~90% structural engineering (foundations, framing, materials) Experience with steel, wood, laminate, and composite structures Lattice tower experience is a plus EPC and/or utility services experience preferred Key Responsibilities Lead engineering execution for large or multi-project transmission programs Prepare and review complex engineering deliverables and calculations Manage budgets, schedules, and quality across disciplines Lead and mentor engineering teams; provide

training Serve as technical lead and responsible charge on projects Interface with clients and support pursuit/business development efforts Preferred Experience U.S. investor-owned utility transmission projects Strong understanding of PLS-CADD, line routing, structural loading, and foundation design Experience coordinating with procurement, permitting, land, and construction teams Proposal support and engineering cost estimating experience

Qualifications:

Requirements 8-12+ years of overhead transmission line design experience (69kV+ required)
