Job Description Location:
Humboldt, TN
Type:
Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Engineer to join our technical operations team. This role bridges the gap between customer specifications and technical execution, ensuring that electrical control systems and power transformer components are accurately configured, documented, and delivered. Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Design Analysis:
    Analyze customer specifications, configuration data, and technical designs to ensure alignment with product capabilities.
  • Documentation & CAD:
    Create and modify electrical control schematics, wiring diagrams, and order documentation using CAD systems (E3/Zuken preferred).
  • BOM Management:
    Transfer and detail configuration data into the Order Bill of Materials (BOM) within SAP.
  • Technical Consulting:
    Clarify technical feasibility for special designs and provide application consulting to Sales Teams for correct product selection.
  • Project Leadership:
    Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and maintain order processing tools (SAP product configurators).
Lifecycle Support:
Manage amendments throughout the process chain and coordinate technical inquiries.
Qualifications:
Requirements
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or a Technical Degree with equivalent experience).
  • Technical Expertise:
    Proven experience with control systems, power transformer monitoring, and electrical diagrams.
  • Software Proficiency:
    Advanced knowledge of CAD systems (E3/Zuken highly desirable).
  • Language:
    Business-fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Travel:
    Willingness to travel internationally. Core Competencies
