About the Role As a Production Systems Engineer, you will serve as a vital link between technical design and floor-level execution, ensuring that our manufacturing workflows are optimized for maximum output and precision. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to enhance equipment reliability and product quality. Responsibilities Drive operational excellence by analyzing production metrics to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement equipment upgrades and streamline machine performance. Lead root-cause analysis efforts to resolve technical disruptions and maintain consistent production flow. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SOPs and training guides, to standardize best practices. Spearhead continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean methodologies and 6S principles to boost facility efficiency. Facilitate new product integration through hands-on testing and process validation on the production floor. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. 0-3 years of professional experience within a high-volume manufacturing setting. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical systems in real-time. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate production data into actionable improvements. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and operational staff. Preferred Skills Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Minitab or advanced Excel modeling. Familiarity with ERP software and production scheduling systems. Prior exposure to fiber-optic, wire, or cable manufacturing environments.
