These production lines include highly automated manufacturing systems to assemble bus bars for high voltage distribution. You will work closely with Tesla's internal Product Design, Controls, Safety, Quality, Facilities and Operations teams and lead cross-functional design activities with automation equipment vendors to develop and deploy new Drive Unit manufacturing lines. You will assume full ownership of the design, development, and optimization, as well as lead the technical transfer of the tools to Tesla Operations, qualifying them for use with the highest standards of safety, quality, and output.
