ERCOT Process SME 2 Moths in Dallas, TX then

6-12 months Contract (Possible extension) No C2

Strong understanding of large load onboarding processes within the ERCOT market
Awareness of end-to-end lifecycle from customer request through interconnection and energization
Familiarity with feasibility analysis, load forecasting, and capacity assessment workflows
Knowledge of ERCOT interconnection procedures , including screening and full interconnection studies
Understanding of interconnection queue management, timelines, and milestone tracking
Awareness of coordination requirements with Transmission Service Providers
Knowledge of transmission and substation capacity constraints and planning considerations
Understanding of grid limitations, congestion risks, and mitigation approaches
Familiarity with aligning customer load requirements with utility infrastructure capabilities
Awareness of cross-functional coordination across engineering, regulatory, and construction teams
Understanding of commercial aspects such as Construction aid, tariffs, and service agreements
Knowledge of compliance requirements related to ERCOT protocols and regulatory standards
Familiarity with process tracking, risk identification, and escalation mechanisms
