- An Associates or Bachelor's Degree within a similar field o Bachelor's degree in Architecture will suffice, non ABET accredited colleges, or Associate level degree
- Valid drivers license
- Maximo, Engineering Work Management Systems (WMS,GDT, etc), design manager softwares
- Ex-Lineman, pole foreman software, pole distribution softwares, GIS
- Previous experience within power, energy, utilities
