A Utilities & Power Distribution Engineer designs and coordinates maintenance of electrical utilities and associated power distribution systems. Performs inspections, performance evaluations, troubleshooting and sunsetting of systems.
40-60% as needed Key Responsibilities Lead plant engineering strategy, capital projects, equipment installations, commissioning, and startups. Support food-processing systems, refrigeration, boilers, utilities, PLCs/HMIs, SCADA, conveyors, and packaging. Drive RCA, Lean/Six Sigma, reliability, productivity, and cost improvements . Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, GFSI/SQF/BRC, OSHA, food safety, and sanitation requirements . Manage engineering budgets, CAPEX, vendors, contractors, and technical projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. 15+ years of engineering, maintenance, reliability, or technical operations experience. 7+ years of leadership experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Food manufacturing or other highly regulated manufacturing experience required. Strong experience with CAPEX, automation, refrigeration/utilities, maintenance, RCA, CMMS, and commissioning . Knowledge of
PFD/P&ID/ISO/DWG
drawings and experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, and Microsoft Project .

Pay:
$65,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
