Job Description Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Role:
Systems Test Engineer (EE)
Expected Responsibilities:
  • Technical lead with proven experience. Skilled in evaluation, application, synthesis, decision making, and project management. Expert in the Electrical Engineering Lifecycle with in-depth knowledge of electromechanical development.
  • Work with the Electrical team to develop test procedures for board level and product level testing with familiarity with electrical test equipments (including High Voltage) like oscilloscope, DMM, Hipot tester etc.
Experience with
EMI/EMC/ESD
testing is preferrable.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to achieve project and program goals. These include, but may not be limited to the following: Electrical, Software, Systems, Experience Design, Design Transfer, Quality, Regulatory
  • Responsible for reverse engineering and detailed design of legacy PCBA and electrical components and subsystems
  • Engineering modeling and analysis of electrical systems
  • Meeting program schedule and deliverable goals
  • Documenting activities and results. This includes Test method development, protocol authoring and test execution and reporting.
  • Medical device background preferred.
Experience with the following standards is preferred, but not required:
ISO 14971, IEC 60601-1, IEC 62304, IEC
60601-2-4, and/or
IEC 60601-1-2.
  • Knowledge of programming language would be preferred (Python, Arduino etc.
)
