Systems Engineer 2#26-16841 $47.66-$55.70 per hour Everett, WA All On-site Job Description Our Client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for a Systems Engineer 2 for their Everett, WA location.

Responsibilities:

Leads work with internal customers and suppliers to develop and document component and detail design efforts, complex mechanical and electrical system requirements using analytical and technical skills, and thorough documentation within schedule and cost constraints, create design solutions using model-based engineering software and numerical analysis. Leads cross functional technical coordination internally and externally to client with the following, but not limited to manufacturing, Crew-ops, airplane safety, Supply Chain Management, BCA Systems Software, Suppliers, Airline Customers, Regulatory Agencies, and other interfacing teams. Identify problems, perform root cause corrective analysis, and implement corrective actions. Provide expeditious support to the Factory and Flight Line to resolve emergent issues. Develop Interface Control Documents (ICD) and Specification Control Documents/Drawings (SCD) Develop requirements and design consideration which best supports program objectives and requirements and impacts on data reliability and integrity, fault trees analysis (FTAs), System Safety Analysis (SSA) Leads and coordinates work to analyze and translate requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs, and interface specifications. Identifies problems, performs root cause corrective analysis, and implements corrective actions utilizing the client Problem Solving Methodology (BPSM). Monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements. Resolves issues and problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle. Research technology advances for potential application to company business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Mechanical engineering 2+ years of related work experience. PDM experience CATIA experience ENOVIA experience Mechanical, Aero or Electrical Engineering Degree. Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification.
