In the role of Substation Engineering Intern , we'll count on you to: Gain real-world experience on exciting projects Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs Assist the substation, distribution & transmission line design team with site visits and design tasks Work on projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables Work on a variety of projects and tasks with assistance from Project Engineers, Electrical EITs, or Technicians/Drafters as needed Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Prefer 3 years completed toward degree at an ABET accredited university with 3.0+ GPA Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry Preference will be given to local candidates Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program Attention to detail Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills Basic Microsoft Office skills

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
