Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and support electrical systems for Lawn Mowers and Utility Tractors . The role involves working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing throughout the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage vehicle electrical system requirements. Design and release electrical systems, including wiring harnesses and schematics . Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs) . Work with suppliers on component development, feasibility, and integration. Support prototype, validation, and production builds. Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply management, and program teams. Required Qualifications 3+ years of vehicle electrical system design, integration, or testing experience. Experience with electrical components, wiring harnesses, schematics, and hardware/software integration . Experience managing engineering deliverables and product development activities. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to support off-shift builds and travel up to 10% domestically/internationally . Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline , or equivalent experience.
Work Authorization:
US Citizens and Green Card/US Permanent Resident candidates only. Preferred Qualifications Agriculture, construction, or off-highway vehicle experience. Experience with BOM management, 3D CAD, SIL/HiL testing, embedded systems, or test scripting . Project management, systems engineering, or technical leadership experience.
Pay:
$50.00 - $53.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): 3+ years of vehicle electrical system design, integration, or testing experience Experience with electrical components, wiring harnesses, schematics, and hardware/software integration.
