Faith Technologies is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and engineering for complex commercial and industrial construction projects. In this role, you will develop power distribution, lighting, and control system designs, perform load calculations and short-circuit/coordination studies, and ensure NEC and applicable code compliance. You will collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and clients in a safety-first, design-build environment, mentor junior engineers, support value engineering, and contribute to innovative energy and technology solutions from concept through commissioning. Responsibilities Lead electrical design for commercial and industrial construction projects from concept through construction Develop power distribution, lighting, and control system layouts, calculations, and specifications Perform load, short-circuit, and coordination studies using power analysis tools Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and industry standards Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to support design-build delivery Review shop drawings, RFIs, and field conditions; provide technical guidance during installation Support value engineering and innovative energy and technology solutions Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers Coordinate models and drawings using CAD/BIM tools Contribute to safety-first planning and risk mitigation in designs Required Skills Electrical power distribution design Lighting and control systems design Short-circuit and coordination studies Load calculations Construction documents (plans/specs) NEC and electrical code compliance Auto CAD/Revit or similar CAD/BIM tools Power systems analysis software (e.g., SKM, ETAP) Design-build project delivery Construction industry standards and practices
