The Product Engineer is to provide engineering design support, manufacturing and Lean support, and technical support for internal personnel and external customers. Essential Functions Responsible for the design, solid modeling, drafting, and support of new concepts and products, including Air Disc Brake Calipers, Rotors, Hubs, and Brake Drums. Responsible for Engineering Change Order including their creation and approval Identify and implement solutions for issues relating to Lean, safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction as they relate the design and function of the Webb AFM products and facilities. Work with Manufacturing and Quality to test and evaluate products as required to aid delivery or support customer service initiatives. Assist in warranty analysis and disposition to customers. Assist in data analysis from Fleet Testing, Data Acquisition Testing, and Dynamometer testing. Responsible for supplying technical support to customers and fleets in need of product and application information. Communications will be made via telephone, email, and customer/fleet visits. Required to travel (
