Job Description Job Summary:
Join our Cooler Integration Team as a Manufacturing/Process Engineer, where you'll own and improve critical production processes from development through execution. You'll partner with design engineering on new product launches, troubleshoot issues through failure analysis, and drive continuous improvements in yield, quality, and cost. This is a hands-on, high-impact role blending creativity, problem-solving, and technical expertise in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
What You'll Do:
Own and develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, and improvements Diagnose defects and lead corrective actions with Quality and Engineering teams Support production, training, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally on tooling, testing, and new product introductions Use data and lean methods to optimize performance and efficiency
What We're Looking For:
4+ years in manufacturing/process engineering (mechanical or electromechanical) Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a technical field Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience with lean tools, process documentation, and manufacturing systems (SAP/ERP a plus) U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Required If you're a driven self-starter who wants ownership, challenge, and growth—this is a great opportunity to build your career with a supportive, collaborative team.
Salary Range:
$90,800.00-$121,100.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
